ALL TITLES ARE IN CHINESE WITH ENGLISH SUBTITLES UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. All tapes are available in NTSC format only.

HOW TO SEND PAYMENT:
Payment for your order should be in the form of a check, postal money order or credit card (Visa, MasterCard). Credit cards are not charged until orders are shipped. Personal checks will delay orders for up to four weeks until checks cleared. Foreign payments in U.S. funds only. Returned checks subject to $18.00 processing charge. Sorry, No C.O.D.

CALIFORNIA STATE RESIDENTS:
Be sure to include correct 8.25% Sales Tax. Tax rate subject to change according to state or local laws.

STANDARD SHIPPING RATES:
Two forms of delivery services available. All shipments sent UPS, U.S. parcel post or equivalent. Shipments to post office boxes will be sent by U.S. mail (parcel post, first class or priority).

1. UPS rates (UPS doesn't deliver to PO box/APO/FPO):
   • Domestic UPS Standard (default method): $7.00/first item, $0.75 each additional item
   • Domestic UPS 2nd day: $9.50/first item, $1.50 each additional item
   • Domestic UPS Next day: $25.00/first item, $2.50 each additional item
   • Alaska UPS 2nd day: $26.50/first item, $1.50 each additional item
   • Alaska UPS Next day: $38.50/first item, $3.00 each additional item
   • Hawaii UPS 2nd day: $15.00/first item, $1.50 each additional item
   • Hawaii UPS Next day: $27.00/first item, $2.00 each additional item
2. USPS rates (US Postal Service will deliver to PO box/APO/FPO):
   • Domestic USPS Standard (Default for non UPS locations): $7.00/first item, $0.75 each additional item
   • Alaska USPS Standard: $7.00/first item, $0.75 each additional item
   • Hawaii USPS Standard: $7.00/first item, $0.75 each additional item
   • Canada USPS Standard: $9.00/first item, $1.00 each additional item
   • International USPS Standard (default for International locations): $16.00/first item, $3.00 each additional item.

DELIVERY TIME:
Allow two to three weeks for delivery for UPS GROUND (subject to availability, all orders will be shipped within 3 working days).

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
Subject to availability, temporarily out of stock items will be filled within three weeks.

TAI SENG PRODUCT GUARANTEE:
If you should receive a video that is defective or improperly manufactured, return it to us with a copy of the invoice and an explanation of the defect within 30 days and it will be replaced with an acceptable copy of the same title. Products are not exchangeable. Tai Seng reserves the right to impose a restocking fee on titles returned that are not defective.
